I was just in the CT, for an Sunday afternoon flight, and low and behold, somebody switched the sides.  

  For some reason, the Japanese { Knights }  Islands permit the use of all the Russian Planeset, to include the US CV.  If you Swap to Bishop, You get to fly all the IJ Planeset from the Russian Airfields.  a very interesting situation, to say the least.
