Ok, I requested info and got mail from HTC with list of first 3, and why they were chosen:

1) Iwan Tbeta -- 25 pizzas, 10 kegs of beer.
2) Bryb Emall -- 20 pizzas, bottle of vodka.
3) Betam O' Nger  -- can of beer.
...

1045) Fariz Alikishibekov. NOTHING. Kill the bastage.  

Well, good luck for beta teem and make it awailable as soon as possible.
