NA 1941, on the NEW Libya map by ASW, with new plane skins by Wotan. This map will feature a suto 1941 plane set including the following planes:

 Bf 109E & F
 Me 110c4
 Ju 88
 MC 202

 P40E
 Huricane MK 1
 Boston

 For all:

 C 47
 M16
 M8
 M3
 Panzer

  No active fleats

The map is available for downloading, and a big TY to HTC, Ronnie, for geting this reworked as quickely as they did, also ASW redid his map to take advantage of the new terain editor features and deserves a big TY for all his hard work. Wotan also volantiered to jump in at the last minute and recollor all the planes so they would feal more realistic for us.

If it's late enough in 1941, the Kittyhawk would be the proper plane.

P-40B is great in the Early War Burma setup.   That's about all I 've seen it in.    Wouldn't mind seeing a P-40N either.

Shane, I bet Brady decided the Allieds needed at least one plane that packed a semblance of a punch considering the Axis get the 109F-4 which has a decent cannon package and also the 110C-4.

If the only Allied fighters were the P-40B and Hurri I it'd be an easy slaughter for the Axis.

Well, I think this has the makings of a slaughter as it is.... I am looking forward to the p40, but the 202 and the 109f are gonna hand us our hineys.  Paritcularly that 202.  This is gunna mean major teamwork on the allied side.  Hurri 1 will probably do okay, but i bet the stats are going to look terrible for the p40.

I will leave the 109F in the hanger, so that those hispano packing boys dont get a taste of their own medicine:)

The Emil has a pair of MG/FF cannon that I, for one, can't hit anything with...

The Franz has the hub mounted MG/151 that is far less frustrating.

BTW, I plan on leaving the 109's in the hanger to take advantage of this rare opportunity to fly the 202 and maybe hurt something before I die.

I don't think this will be the slaughter predicted.  The P40E has the fire power to make the Axis pay for the slightest mistake and the Hurricane is more than sturdy enough to survive snap shots from the 202.
