HiJacker, we're gonna whup some fanny, that's what we're gonna do.  Now, if we can just get some hooks on these land-lubbin' planes, we'll be all set!

Looking forward to the challenge.

Just downloaded the terrain file to get a jump on it.  Nice work guys!  I especially like the job done on the 110.  Must've taken a lot of time to do that.

Mudd, my slaughter comment was only if the P-40B was the other fighter along with the Hurri I.  I think the P-40E will make it a more even match against the Emil and Folgore.

pulled out of the line up, some thought it made it too "unfair".

The comprimise was to add the hurri ii but the hispano would effect gameplay far more then it would add balance. There would be no axis gvs and most likely the hurri 2 would be used more then the p40.

As originally designed it was hoped that the p40 vrs the 109f would be the match up.

6 x 50 cals vrs 3 x 20mm (if take gondolas).

The descision was made to pull the 109f.

The 202 / p40 is a good match up.

I hate to see you pull a plane that should have been there, but I guess it will make things a bit more fun for the allied.  Was the p40 and the hurri 1 the only allied fighters in 41 libya or is our planeset missing some important ones?

P40E rips the C202.
You can afford to stay and play and have a very good chance of winning.
Had 3 very good sustained 1v1 fights in P40E v C202 yesterday and landed 3 kill sortie so it can be done.
109F would have been an interesting fight v P40E.

Mauser - thx :) Wotan did a great job on the skins - really adds to the whole terrain :).
Brady - thx :)) I'm glad to see it used.

It is great and the skins are great too, but why don't we make use of perk points in the CT?

For situations like the 109F, and the Hurri II, I would think perking them would be a good solution to keep them available but only in smaller numbers?

Perks are used in the CT from time to time, howeaver implementing their use requires HTC to reset or adjust values so we try and use it sparingly so we (the stafers) dont put them out to often. This set up was imo not one of those ocashions, i thought it would play well without those planes. Ya see the Stafers dont have the tools to do the reseing of values or the perk points themselfs one of the HTC staff has to do it for us.

Been trying the CT and it's a blast.
Today i killed 2 C 202's in a p40, like cav said u can stay and play.

Also the forgotten Boston is a blast to.
I did a  bomb sorty on a VH field at 4K.
I got some ack hits but didn't bother much , the bombs hitted barracks a feulbunker and a gun.

After that a C202 tried to sneak upon me . But i just outran it :)
After a big turn my threeship run home to my vulched base.

A 109 tried to HO me and he got killed on my 4X .50 After that a C202 made the same mistake.

When put my gear out on the landing the 2 bostons dissapeared however.

Anyway the boston is usefull :D
