If the best plan you can come up with for making fluffs relevant in the arena is to piss off a bunch of fighter guys then you shouldn't get so huffy when the fighter guys do their best to make you irrelevant.

I even killed a La7 once with my goon, after he over shot on intial merge (was going too fast), he then proceeded to try to turnfight me and after few minutes of that finally augered in

Bombing is easy all you need is practice. you can hit any target at any alt.  I see lots of bombers flying on knights side, and i've killed lots of bombers so looks like its alive and well.
