We Are currantly seeking new recruits who are interested in devoting their time and skills to a real "family like" squad. We are a real close squad that is coming together and ultimatly kicking some BUTT!!!
This squad has been around for almost a year, but has been relativly small. Now with only 3 members from the original squad left, we are seeking to build a new structure. Our current roll consists of 13 members. We will be organizing with officers, Official SQUAD Nights, members of the month/year, and several other perks that makes being part of a squad FUN!! Each and every member will have a roll, and a job to do, which makes not only online gaming fun, but gives you something outside of the game as well.
We are currantly researching a web site, which will include a new motto/mission statement of the squad, being created by each and every squad member, a bulliten board...a place to list your gripes, congrats, ideas, and just anything on your mind as well as a question and answer place (a place where "newbies" or "oldies" can ask questions about the game and we will research and give you the best answer possable.) Sometimes during gameplay it is too hectic to ask questions or sometimes people don't want to look "dumb" asking questions, well here we will answer those questions, under complete confidentuality, so you don't feel intimidated....we just want to help you the best we can..... and we will also have a contact page, listing all members with their email and have a optional home address and phone #, also will have squad night page listing a summary of each weeks squad night, attendance and player of the night , most kills/assists etc..
So as you see, this squad will be one to be involved with!! BUT if you are in this game for your-self, and don't have time to dedicate to squad, please do not apply. All recruits will have a trial period, a chance to get to know you, and for you to know us to see if we are what you are looking for and vice-a-versa. Training room exercises with at least one officer and other members of the squad will be performed, to give us a chance to see your stuff....remember NEWBIES are welcomed, and we WILL work with you, to help you become one of the ELITE!
We will be spending time as a squad in the training room on training tactics, helping newbies with all aspects of the game, and preparing for squad nights missions, to make sure everyone is familiar with the missions, how to fly formations, ground assalts, etc.
