My Formal Apology to CT, Staff and Players
« on: November 30, 2002, 11:38:16 AM »
I thought it about time I apologize to everyone for my unprofessional actions over the past few months. Many of you know me from Warbirds and the frustrations of the game that eventually allowed me to easily leave along with not being able to play WBIII on my system. I thought I would give AH a try but soon discovered that many of the much disliked subjects were also in AH but worse. The lack of much needed "Game Play" Japanese airplanes along with the same ole "The bad guys are bad and must die just as they did in real life" attitude just floored me. Actually I did not see much of any respect for the "Combat" pilot at all. My actions did not help either and only made it worse for myself, the players and the CT staff.

It appears that things have calmed down in the CT and the squadrons and pilots on both sides are pulling together to make the CT a growing and much liked and needed Arena.

I hope all of you have seen a change in my attitude lately and have come to enjoy shooting me down instead of thinking....."Oh know, what smart remark is he gonna say about getting killed this time"

Regards,

P-6,
You are a great addition to the CT.  I've enjoyed fighting with and against you.  I'm glad to see that you are wise enough to realize that trash-talk does no one any good.

Personally, I think that any "actions"  that players make are fine, short of cheating.  I don't have a problem with other players playing how they want; milk-run, vulch, shoot chutes, ack-star, gang-bang, what-ever.  Its the things that players say that makes or breaks their reputations, in my book.
