We are getting close to 1.11 release but don't expect it this week.
Here are some of the changes.

Changed some network smothing code and raised the packet rate for very close targets.
Gunners now rearm with pilot.
Fixed a bug where the train sound was still playing after train was destroyed.
Added an Icon font size selection, you can now make icons smaller, but not larger than they are now.
Fixed a bug with PT Rockets firing a bunch at once.
Drones no longer get the last of the damage on the lead plane when it died.
Fast Eng. start bug was fixed.
Added a squad MOTD function to the squad page.
Fixed a bug on mission start up with fighter/attack selection.
New terrains will download faster.
Added light sorcing for cockpit lights and muzzle flashes.
Fixed a bug where shooting friendly objects increased your hit % for attack missions.
Added a perk balancing system. Both points and cost are adjusted based on your
Countries numbers.
Adjusted factory and city down times.
Cities are now down for 3 hours.
Factories are 3 hours.
Player supplies now provide 15 minutes of down time.
Convoys & Trains supply 30 mins.
Terrains have been reworked with lager cities and factory complexes with denser objects.
The HQ complex no longer includes radar factory objects.
Fixed a bug in range channel on voice with H2H.
Adjusted turret traverse rates on vehicles.
Fixed a bug in the panzer where if the turret was turned it exposed the inside of the tank.
This was what was causing the small arms deaths.
Adjusted some component hardness on vehicles.
Adjusted metric bomb weights and lethalities.
Fixed prop feathering on LA5 & LA7
Adjusted large bore cannon lethality against non-armored targets.
Lowered ostwinds armor penetration.
Fixed a CTD bug related to bomber groups.
Added life counts for special events.
