Took up the new Typhoon for the first time in a H2H session today. Did a few practice loops and turns in it, and didn't shut up on the comms for about 5 mins
What on earth have they done to this bird? I had to give up everything I learnt flying it in the arena and go back to my old WarBirds H2H days! It handles like a Hurricane IIC, turns like a Hurricane IIC, loops like a Hurricane IIC, rolls EXACTLY like a Hurricane IIC.. sheesh! I don't know whether this is a move towards realism or not, but I'm addicted to dogfighting in the Typhoon now, and 1.04 is proving the most fun of any version (At least in Head To Head)
