Japanese pilots Noboru and Kiyota are pretty awesome 190 pilots, too. They're usually in the Pacific time zone, and are very quiet fellows, but they've been exclusively flying the 190 for a very very long time, even before the D-9 was here.

I fought Noboru a LONG time ago and he put up an awesome fight.  One of the better pilots.
