Reschke I personally dont see how you guys can fly those USN planes they have so much limited view I hate flyin those planes.

The thing I liked best about these fights is you dont have to worry about 5-6 others diving in when enguaged which happens all the time in other arenas. This way we can c0ncentrate on the task at hand.I really didnt expect to come out of this as good as we did .

We use "the force". It ain't gotten to the point that it helps my flyin' .. but I knew I had you guys behind me.

I don't particularly care for flyin' all the USN planes. I'd much prefer stickin' with the F4U-1. Ya'll didn't have much of a problem with us in them. I think my pilot is undermodeled.

The views aren't that bad. You just have to be very creative in how you place them with you hat switch.

CHog v. N1K was the fite I really thought we would win and the one we lost. You guys should go back and recreate what you did in that fite, you really handed it to us.

The only thing we did differently in that fit was come in at coalt with speed and unit cohesion. Still we lost a couple of guys but not before the numbers were taken down to even strength. You guys had us on that 5 Niki's vs. 4 Dash 1c's (as I call 'em). When the fight started we worked right into our pairs fight and got three quick kills then we lost two guys (just happened to be the two section leaders, me and the XO). Then it was just the other two guys playing tag with your last two fighters and landing hits.

The one that still baffles me is the F4U-1 vs A6M5b. We lost two guys to discos right when we turned into you guys for the fight. It hurt us bad because one of the guys was my wingman and he was trailing me and might have been able to clear my tail when I went in to clear Ltblogs who was chasing another fighter on JconradH's tail. As I turned into the tail chase I called out and got a response to my tally call from my wingman then I checked 6 to get his location (less than 5 seconds later after response) and he was gone. Then just a couple of seconds later I got nailed and lost the tail. That fight was over when it went to 5 vs. 3 in those few seconds.

Anyway we want a rematch.

Not right now though I still have to find the pieces of my pride and glue them back together.

Salute Key dropped in on you guys BB, VF27 Hellcats have been doing a few duels lately, one against the 325th and another against the 880th. Havent seen you guys around lately but would like to set up a duel, your IJN against out F6s and F4Us. Let me know if your interested. You can catch me in the CT on tues and thurs nights, hehe of course you know that already, lookin forward to hearin from ya! From what Ive read you worked over the Jolly Rogers, thats a good squad too, good flyin, would love to give you guys a try, let me know.

They not only worked us over they beat the crap outta us. I thought we might have had a chance but it looked like we were on the other end of the Marianna's Turkey Shoot.

We mainly fly in the MA now unless there is a PTO setup in the CT.I am up for a duel that was our first one and was about the most fun I have had in a while,just let me what is a good time and I'll see if I can get my crew together.
