If we are gonna fly no icons..

We need colored dots.
Believe it or not, AH is the first sim Ive flown where all the AC have icons on them. Back when i was a little kid my first sim was AOTP (great game!) and you didnt need icons in there. You knew if you were flying the early war Zeke dots would be grey, wildcats would be blue,tonys would be green, dauntless' would be light blue etcera. How about dots that are the color of the main part of the airplane. This would give an extra benefit to green painted low flying aircraft or to silver painted high flying aircraft.... a zeke would be easier to spit from below than above etcera...

Also, how about icons at different distances. Seeing a icon on a b17 at the same time as a spitfire is kinda silly :-)

OH and please as long as we are in a non desert terrain how about a non desert camo option for the panzer, i can see those beige dots from long range pretty easy

Yea Zigrat That was a great game. Sounds like a good idea. It realy added to the game you didnt even know what your wingmen where but by there color. It added a lot to the game that this is missing!   Three Cheers on this one.
