If it's too large and you have a photo editor ... try reducing the size of it.

Make sure its a JPG, BMPs don't work, learned that the hard way. If it is a BMP and you have MS Paint, just open it in there, and then save it as a JPG.

If all else fails, try harsh language and some sort of percussion tool.
