Airhead ive got better things to do that make up things and post them on the aces high board in hopes of cyber kudos from everyone else who parks their butt in a chair in front of a screen while snacking on potato chips and guzzling beer.
The story in actuality was quite boring and was simply jazzed up through the use of similies and metaphoric phrases. I cordially invite you to Jefferson County, Ohio to be my guest for Ohio's next firearm season in December to have a look-see at these pesky pups. So far in about 7 Coyote kills I have yet to have two that were very similiar with the exception of the basic Coyote traits of a mean looking smile and puffy tail. If i can find some photos (which probably arent even developed yet, ive got plenty of rolls with non artistic photos undeveloped) i'll post the pictures. Ive killed one that looked more like a wolf with a very light gray mixed with white. I have even shot what is called a "coy dog" which is a mix between a domesticated dog and a coyote. the color is a black background with patches of white. This was during spring turkey season and I had not seen one before so i was hesitant to fire on it until it got too close for comfort.
On a side note, the "rust colored blur" wasnt moving all that fast and was easily identified as a coyote with its size. Slow enough for me to draw and take aim with a rather ungainly, large pistol i have yet to kill a deer with. Though I left it and did not have it weighed, it weighed easily 25 pounds. Much too big for a fox. There is any number of colors coyotes can be found, especially in and around Columbus, OH where I have killed several 40+ pound coyotes that have nothing better to do than feed on what precious few deer we have in Franklin County with no natural predators.
