I was driving past the north end of the Reno airport on Wed, and I saw a blue wonder.
A F7F in Marine markings. I pulled off the road, went up to the fence and snapped a few pictures before it took off. If they come out ok, I will post one or two.
Looks BIG from the side, but not much there from end on.
I want one.

Think of it as an improved P-38, radial engines with 400 more hp each, three more 20mm cannon, faster, faster climb, faster dive, higher speed before compression better turn...
YES, I KNOW, no combat... But I still want one, scads more built than, O.K., I'll stop now.
