Nice pictures! I like the I-153 "Tsaikka" picture very much. It was Finns war booty plane and we have them couple of! Maybe we have them in Aces High some day and Rata's, too...

If HTC creates in the future Rata (Polikarpov I-16) and early Messerschmitt Bf 109 (1936-38 models) it is possible to make terrain from Spanish Civil war (1936-39), not only Finnish Winter War 1939-40!;)

Thank you for those photos, Andijg, I collect them!:p

Your welcome Kanttori. A little thank you for the great FIN-RUS map.

Glad to hear you collect them - I collect ones of WW2 German Naval Subjects.

If you happen to run across any good photos of JG-3's a/c (especially ones that show the geschwader insignia) send them along.

!

Erg, These planes are Finnish. You boob! :D

Top one is captured Russian not Polish.

Don't knock the Polish a/c - most were destroyed on the ground - the ones that did get into combat gave the LW real fits.

Nah, look again there erg, the Russian I-153 is a biplane where the Polish PZL. 11 is a monoplane.

Difference between Polish & Finnish is the Polish people make better sasuage & the Finnish guys like to hang in the sauna then go jump in the snow! ;)
