It is kinda of an amaglamation of the D520, MS 406, and the Hawk 75.

It is slower than the D520, Faster than the MS 406 and the Hawk.

It doesent handel as good as the D.520, or the MS 406, but it doesent handel all that bad either.

It is better armed than the MS 406 and the hawk, but not as good as the D 520.

So it is in in short a happy medieum.

The Primary Fighters of the Plane set for the BoF will be the Huricane I and the P40B aganst the 109E-4. Spits will be limited to only a couple rear bases, since they were not in France though did fly sorties from England.

The Skin choice is intended to honur the French who are underrepresented in AH, and to Honor the Polish men and women who faught on after their country had been run over by the Germans. This plane is the personal machine of Wladyslaw Gnys, A ploish Ace who excaped from Poland after geting a couple kills in the Polish ariforce before the surender, he made it to France and flew MS 406's geting a couple more kill's.

It is also to Honor the man who Skined it, I picked the Skin and Ramzey made it hapen.

Were looking at skining a kate as a Fairy Battle, as well at present.

BTW ASW is doing this new map.

Yep, Ramzey did a great job on the skin no doubt. !
Maybe you could prevail on him to do another version of it without the Polish pilot's markings and with the Red & Yellow "Vichy" markings so it could be used in the North Africa maps as well.

Like the idea about skinning the Kate as a British Fairey Battle Bomber, have suggested that myself in a thread a long time ago for either the Norway or BOB set-up.

To give the French another aircraft how about skinng the MC. 202 as an ARSENAL VG 33.

Although only 19 were in service at the time of the French surrender, the two aircraft are very similar even down to apperence.
Only glaring difference is armament as the VG 33 has 1x20mm cannon in the nose and 4x7.5mm MG's in the wings. Still it would give the French one more aircraft in a BOF set-up.

Looking forward to the BOF map. I hope the JU-88, ME-110C-4 & JU-87D Stuka will be in the BOF set-up or it just won't be the same.
to you Brady and your CT cronies as well for giving us more variety for our flying hours.

Maybe skinning the Boston as a Blenheim (maybe its a bit too fast?) would help the allies have a bit more punch, or even look at the possibility of representing the wellington?
