Nice fish, but its not a wall hanger by no means:D I have yet to reach my own self imposed wall hanging restriction for LM bass. It's gotta be 10+ lbs. So far, I have caught one that made 8+.

Yeah, from now on if they are under 10 lbs and above about 3 lbs I'll put em back. But this was my first big one and I needed some meat in the freezer. You should see the 2 huge fillet's I got off of her. She had some eggs in her, but mainly fat. Wierd part was that her stomach was empty, cept for my plastic worm

at con last year I saw the biggest one I've ever seen. Bass Pro Shops (connected to the hotel) has a big tank in there. They have a 17 lb LMB!!!! The damn this is over 3' long!! and about 1.5 high!!!!

Oh yeah I forgot to add that this was my 3rd fishing trip this year and that is the first and only fish I've caught so far this season. What a way to break a slump!!
