I was wondering what I have to do to form a squad?I tried the club option but it doesn't seem to work.Thanks

invite yourself and relog.

I think you need to select all of the privileges (can invite, eject, change name) in order for it to work.

according to the "alleged" help files all you gotta do is invite another player. Then you should be ok, until your squad goes below 2 pilots (like you get rejected).
