For all of those who do not agree with a christian only squad don't join it, dont read about it, dont worry about it.  If you are not a christian then he wasn't talking to you. He did not say everyone you must be Christian and you must be in my squad.  He has the right to form any type of squad he wants.  He did not say to you " you are bad because you are not Christian"  I think waht he was saying is he has the right to socialize with any group he chooses and he chooses Christians.  Why is it that because someone makes a choice for themselves to live by you peopl have to get upset.  You would think by your reactions that he said you could not play the game if you are not Christian.  That's not what he said at all.  You are trying to take away his right to have in a squad who he wants when that squad means  nothing to you.  So who is violating rights here.  Get off his back.  You people just want to grip about someone taking your rights, but you never say anything about you taking other peoples choices away from them.  If you don't like it form your own squad no one said that you could not do that.   I'm sorry you people feel the need to pick on someone who just wants people with similar interests to fly with.  I applaud you Tern for this thread we need more people in this world like you.  <>

IMO the whole sentiment behind the article supports what I said. Don't you agree?

I've always seen it so that you should judge people as people. Do that without regarding thier religion, skin color, nationality and such.

Racism is so easy to fall to.. And it's so easy to hurt people with it. Just recently I felt it very strongly within my family.. Maybe thats why I feel sensitive about the issue.

If tern had come forward stating his meaning was not to exclude non-christians but to invite other christians, I would have apologised immediately.

He sure is and is already in the 332nd Flying Mongrels. :) Great guy I might add.  I also heard their C.O. is a Christian who thoroughly enjoys the many “non Christian” members in his squad. Loves em all and prays for them all. ;)  Also heard his X.O. believes quite differently.  Opposite ends when it comes to religion, yet they are very good friends. Humm go figure… guess not all Christians are the judgmental, hateful, KKK type.

Nothing wrong with wanting just Christians in his squad. Nothing at all. If it is not for you then just pass it up.

Well ... if I think this means what it almost seems to - so far, so good. They seem happy, content and well adjusted in spite of the hardships we must endure.
