Bomber training
« on: April 12, 2003, 03:03:25 PM »
I'm currently practicing bombing off-line and finding it very tedious. What I'd like to do is start at a given alt and speed and after having bombed, reload in the air.

I vaguely recall dot commands to do this but cannot find them - or am I mistaken?

Never heard of a reload dot command.  You can set the vertical wind speed to take you up to altitude very quickly so you don't have to worry about climbout.  Just take off, turn on vertical wind, climb for a minute, turn off vertical wind, drop bombs, .ef, repeat.

Dowload the Germany terrain if you don't have it.

Go to field   48

Hit the NE spawn and you will be at 20,000 feet. You need to immediately pull up the gear, get the engines on, and level the plane out without stalling. Then go practice bombing.

I've heard you can to this at field 29 by hitting the H spawn for a 30,000ft spawn.

You'll need to change to the correct country to go to those respective fields.
