i had the strangest cheese recently...it was normal chedder but for some reason it smelled and tasted like an entire lettuce cheese tomato and mustard sandwich...anyone know what could have caused it....

hmmm...a week maximum...it was pretty small so it wasnt wrapped up to well...i think maybe the tastes of some lettuce and other such items managed to be absorbed into it...if thats the case i must attempt to recreate it...nothing like and entire sandwich taste with only the cheese :)
