I saw a preview for it somewhere, don't remember where, one of the popular game review sites...

When they list one of the platforms as XBox, then you know exactly where its heading.

Be nice funky... I've been playing ww2ol for the last 2 months after a bit of AH burnout.

The ground game is getting better. In fact for some reason they are starting to make headway into an enjoyable game. I get the feeling at some stage they switched into survival mode and started working their arses off to get it right.

The graphics engine is still 2 years old, using the textures mapped to flat surfaces for trees and stuff. BUT it provides great looking an immersive cover over long ranges. So I think its better than having a shortrange GE with 'leaves' and other crap like new stuff has.

Although the air side of it is a giggle. The FM sucks king kongs nads, and the average pile-it in there wouldn't last long here. Most fights devolve into low alt turn and burn. A practised & patient AH BnZer will clean up in there.

Last time they had a free trial it got boring kind of quickly I had about 100 kills in the first day, even with my crappy PC. I'll try it sometime after I upgrae my PC to see how less it sucks, but right now I'm involved in an unmentionable upcoming online game.

So it might be a while.
