:)

In spite of our problems, I just love the CT and those who play there.  Have'nt even peeked into the MA in over 1/2 a year.

hehe.  Did have a very good time last night.  There are many many new guys in the CT, probably 70% of the people I saw last night were new to me.

What is MA?

Dang, and I soo needed that reassuring hug from Eagler.:D
To be honest last weeks influx of attitude, just really soured AH for me. I havent been able to fly this week, and this is the first thread I've visited on the BBS. I just knew trouble was brewing out there somewhere by the squad e-mails, when I checked them today.

As far as name calling, complaining , and behavior problems. I'm pretty sure most of us have had our moments of tempers being lost or egos bruised. I'm not going to say names, because I'm pretty much tired of all the crap, and don't want to add to it. But I admit........................ ........

Yes I'm a slobberdonkey, skilless, dweeby, wannbe. So what? I fly CT because thats the type of flying I enjoy. I like, admire, and respect most of the people that fly here. I'm in my mid 40's my hey days of hand eye coordiantion are long past. I admit if I go in MA I don't last two minutes, I admit that 9 times out of 10 if I'm in a 1 vs 1 , if I don't get the kill in the first pass, or very early in the engagement, I'll usually lose. It's very rare for me to outfly somebody, even when I'm in a better plane. Personally I don't care if you fly a computer flight sim better than I do, in fact I'm sometimes awed by certain individuals ability to kick prettythang in this sim.

I am however here to have fun, and lately it's getting harder, and harder to enjoy myself. The taunting, name calling, and insults , may be part of the game for some. They may enjoy it, and feel better great about what their doing, but it's getting old to the point where i'm questioning why I keep my account.

The majority of people in here are civil , and have great personalities. A few seem to delight in trying to ruin other peoples enjoyment. The amount of crap flying through the text buffer lately seems to be on the rise, sooner or later I guess i'll reach the point where it just isn't worth it. Until then the majority of you guys are great , and I appreciate flying with you. However there are a few that I'd really like five minutes with in a back alley.

I used to "/.squelch 1". I'm considering it again. Not so much because what I read bothers me as much as the fact that it scrolls so bloody fast now that if you're not on top of the buffer more than your flyin' you'll miss any legit commo sent your way.

But thank cod for vox, anyhoo. I generally ignore text altogether when I'm in area vox range.

Wait ... this is a man-lovin' thread. I'll just stand in the corner and wait for someone to bend over while simultaineously checking my six and making sure there's a safe corner to back up to in time.

*pauses for a moment and glances around at everyone* Hm.

Okay, everyone just hug me, and when I hug everyone else its just like a group hug, right? :D That way you guys don't have to worry about the whole hugging another guy thing...

Just, keep the hands where I can see them- and don't mind Macchi back there with the sniper rifle, really. ;)
