How about flying boats?
« on: July 01, 2003, 09:38:22 PM »
Since AH2 is likely to have subs in it, a flying boat would be a good idea for anti-shipping/patrol. Arm them with gunner positions, depthcharges, bombs, or torps, and go off looking for a sub or CV! It should be made so they can only fly from coastal airfields and maybe ports. I would really love to see the PBY Catalina or that nightbomber flying boat (forgot the name).

One can dream...

Flying boats, like this ? ;)

Lasse
You smell that? Do you smell that?
Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that.
I love the smell of napalm in the morning.
The smell, you know that gasoline smell, smelled like victory.

There's nothing in the faq. Did Pyro or Hitech post anything about the introduction of subs, or is that just players quoting the 2 year old magazine interview?
