That's weird. My FSB is only 100MHz, with a clock multiplier of 12 to give 1.2GHz CPU speed, and I get 60fps - dropping to 25-30 in Trinity Tank Town - lol.  I run AH with the second highest of the five resolution choices (can never remember the numbers). And I run it on Windows-ME. I have never overclocked a processor.

I did once wonder why the FSB was 100MHz, and tried upping it to 133MHz in the BIOS. That was before I understood all these settings properly! And it's still a bit of a mystery now. The fail safe feature in the BIOS, which is supposed to prompt you to revise inappropriate clock settings, did not work!  The PC just died at boot, no POST. The only way out of that mess was to disable the jumperfree clock settings mode on the mobo, and then apply the correct settings via the dipswitches. Then it worked again - 100MHz, multiplier of 12.
