Av8or has a good one, but not quite the depths of Elvis*2. The funny thing about Av8or is he sounds like he's about 450lbs, but actually is a scrawny little guy about 150.

A past squad mate of mine in JG2 - Tonto (Spyder) has a strong southern accent. It was always a joy to hear him on RW.

I have to nominate Outlaw for this spot guys.

While ammo perhaps runs a close second, his accent seems somewhat moderated by his "military" mindset.

Apache comes in perhaps a very close third.

Whatcha mean nominating Ammo for this award?? We flew together in Hostile Shores, and he didn't have an accent at all.
