This is the SFO Embassy Suites.  I've got RFP's out to all of the other Embassy Suites from there to Milpitas.  I spammed the whole chain, and several other chains.

MT that's correct, based on the information the hotel is giving me, and assuming we get at least 20 to 30 people to sign up.

I am going to meet with them face to face before I sign anything or spend anybody's money, and make sure.

Also there will be bids coming in shortly from other hotels, and it may actually get cheaper.  :)

if i have 2 people??? whts costs...

i don t need fancy..can we get cheaper rooms?  other then embassy suites?
  and conf room...what we need that for ??? playing right?

maybe a cheaper room.(ill bring my own blanket and pilloww)

seems like maybe  rental on conf room can be shorter?

either way mr and urb..maybe  BgMaw will be in..oy aa ice too:)
