Jim Bean as a well drink? hum we must be cheap arses here i think most places use MOHAWK for Well! LOL doesnt matter there was some good aged stuff lost too!

Salty's at Redondo...we had what normal restaurants would use as "call" drinks as our "well". Tips were good! I had to take a cut in pay when I was recalled by Boeing.

I know waiting tables and bartending I made damn good money more than i make now but ya got to join the real world sometime in your life and get bennies and paid vacations too@!:D

I always love the chicks you got as a bartender (ya the wanted free drinks but hey when you got the bed em too)! Plus all the after hours parties were great!, but the best thing was everyone knew who I was but I was lucky if i could remember 1/3 to 1/2 the names of the people i met on the job!

Not to mention its a great way to find another job if your a talkative person, I was getting offers all the time! not just for the service business either!
