ok ive come up with an answer. CV and Airfields count on the final tally. example. lets say the knights have 1 airfield and 10 gv bases. the bish take the airfield. reset would will happen no matter how many gv bases you have. this is the second time i have been cursed at and insutled for being right. now ht or someone plz clear this out for the people who are cursing at me and insulting me.

 It's not that they do not "belives" you.  They simply don't "hear" you as they probably squelched you as I have.
