I had to reinstall aces and lost my pass for it, how can i get my pass back so that i can use my old username for it? when i try to resend pass it says cant retrieve data<>?

If you saved your Settings folder, there is a file - login.cfg - which you can open with something like Notepad, which contains your username and password. If not, then call HTC and you'll get sorted very quickly.

BTW, when you try to login and click Resend Password, are you entering your Login name or GameID? It should be your Login name so if you are entering your GameID instead, that is probably what is causing the problem..... just an idea anyway.

yeah , well i had to rf my hd and lost it all i did that but my e-mail was different when i got it, so i supose if i call they will be able to get me back up?
