There isnt one. I was commenting on his ridiculus notion that the "War On Terror" in general is fake and really an "OilWar", I guess we wnt to Afgahnistan to steal their oil - or was it to build a pipleine or what.  911 is why we are fighting this war, anyone who thinks otherwise has anti-US bias and simply wants to see the USA as a bad guy...

Yea try to weazel out of it.... It's really funny this urge in you to marginalize the outrage, magnitude and impact of 911. As you allready said you are Anti-US - so I understand why it is difficult for you to sympathise with our point of view because of your prejudice.

How come I always get so tired arguing with you GRUN and how come you always stay up this late/early?
I am starting to suspect that you infact are still in Yugoslavia and that you being in "Amireeka" is just a dream of yours.
I declear that I mostly pick the "anti US" side, but it does not mean that I am Anti US.
Yes, I bash on them ( I will not say you, because I really doubt you are a US citizen) because their arrogance and because they are so Biased. If they just would open their eyes and admitt, it wouldīnt be any problems. No, they live in a world of dreams, just like you GRUN, they are just seeing what they want to see.

As for my US citizenship.  I have been a naturalized US citizen for almost a decade now - dont be jelous.

Very good.
Then you are infact in the US and stayes up just to annoy me. Thats great, GRUN. I am very jealouse of you, cause in my heart and mind I would really want to be you.

You see: My life is very boring and I am just another unemployed Europe. I would love to be traveling over there, maybe I start an agency and could have stars like Dixie chicks to handle, maybe even Johnny Cash, if he wasīnt gone, bless him.
What the heck, why not Elvis? Or atleast his show.

Now, we should be real lucky that skuzzy is sound asleep otherwise this tread would be closed longtime ago, we are both way out of the original post. If you want to I can start a tread where we bash on to eachother?

Ok, sounds good, but if you change your mind, just post a thread "GRUN VS CRAB", I mean, you might feel better afterwards.
I dont think itīs fair to the original poster to "steal away" the tread. Or did you have anything to say about the CIA in Venezuela or Bolivia?

I think Hugo Chavez is a dangerous and outdated communist wannabe dictator in the mold of past socialist lying criminals and honestly I'd be concerned if we are not trying to help the considerable opposition to his rule in Venezuela.  To me its pretty simple, communism = no good. YMMV

As I said: I cant have an opinion, because I dont know what the facts are exactly. But theres a lot of disturbance in Bolivia, concerning Oil/Gas exports to  the US.
However: I do not think that the US would really mind, who was rulling in Venezuela, if it wasīnt because of their Oil possesion.

Communism has not been in fashion for a while.
But I wouldīnt call an elected President: a Dictator. If there ever was any elections. But according to Thrawns post, it must have been.

I edited it to say wannabe dictator - I think thats a more accurate description as to how I see him.

Lets remember Saddam Hussein was recently reelected with 99% of the vote... Thankfully some outside elections monitors noticed something  funny was going on  decided to nullify the result... :lol

Allow me to adress the oil concern more broadly. The only reason anyone gives a damn about the Arabs and other 2nd or 3rd world people like them is because of oil - their control of it is a fact of life that does not change one bit no matter who is in the white house or downing street or whatever. We have to deal with them, no way around it untill new technology comes out that totally removes our depandance on petroleum for enery and manufactiring purposes. It's that simple.
