Is Trolling allowed on this BB?

I was under the impression that it was not allowed to Troll here anymore. Ive been scratching my head. Trying not to get engaged in the same methods that other people are using here.

Ive been close to blowing up by the stuff that the Trolls are posting here. But im very motivated to not do just that. But its been close...

Is it ok to Troll, because i can Troll very good also, i just want to know if its allowed or not.

I am not, really, OFC Russian is the main target of this thread. Alltough i do have a big problem with people who refuses to change their views no matter the amount of hard fact and evidence that is presented to them,  IE Trolls.
