Auto E6B

I wish for an option much like "Default to snap views" option where you can choose to have E6B automatically come up each flight.

A key press for the E6B would be very nice. It's a tad annoying trying to check it the hard way.  (ESC, "click", check, "close", ESC)  Just "key press", check, "key press".  The end.   However, you will probably see people tell you something along the lines of, "If you fly a certain plane long enough, you'll figure out when you should head back...".  Which is true if you stick to a specific plane but not everyone does that.

If you skip the "close" step, every time you ESC, a single key press, the E6B will still be there, open.

Another alternative.  Buy a 28" wide screen monitor.  Open the clipboard and E6B, make the clipboard as small as you can while still being able to read it, and keep it open until you get in a fight.

I don't use it much at all in the P38 because I've gotten accustomed to it but I use it quite often in the other birds.

Have the E6b as a "Hot-Key" toggle display on the right side of your screen in the same manner as the damage display on the left hand side. Gamey yes, HUD like yes, but then so is the damage display. Or have it lined across the very bottom of the screen.
