Second posting them here as you did was against the rules. However had you made your statements more generalized and not called out individuals it may have passed....like those other threads you referred to.
Third, how you play the game isn't the same as other play the game. What you saw as a problem was just an easier way for them to get a fight, or play the way they wanted. I don't remember what your complaint was other than they did use a CV the way you wanted to. Some people don't care if they park them over a PT spawn, run them in too close to shore, let them get hammered by shore guns and so on.
The point is, if you have an issue with how it was used and you think it was out of line, email HTC and let them decide, and then take the appropriate action.
