Yes, but the Firefly has a turret, and the ability to take SOME kind of a hit, even if not much, which is the point. The ONLY way the nashorn is similar to the firefly is that they both mount powerfull cannon, and are easier to destroy than most other tanks.

An M8 will wail the stuffing out of a Nashorn beause:

1) its a small fast target, which makes it hard to hit
2) the Nashorn can't take any kind of hit
3) it lacks a turret, and so has to rotate the hull to keep the M8 in the line of fire

And the Nashorn entered service in early 1943 as the Hornisse, a slightly modified version entered production in the second half of 1943, and the vehicle was simply renamed Nashorn by hitler in 1944. If we get this, it will be in midwar, probably for a very high perk price.

But the only reason it would be perked is because its gun is more than good enough to compensate for all of its weaknesses. And in late war, it doesn't have the firepower advantage exclusivly to itself. If it only mounted the Pak 42 L'70, I bet it wouldn't even be perked more than the M18.

Butcher, I'm not an expert on the Panzer III or anything, but wouldn't a Panzer III J work better, because we could model both the 50mm L'48 and the 50mm L'60, which would give us both guns for setups with different guns, AND it would improve the MA use of the tank as well. Plus, if we got the J model with both 50mm cannons, all we would have to do is increase the frontal armor by 20mm and we would have an Ausf. L.

But still, I agree. I would love to see the Panzer III (Ausf.'s E, J, and L).
