WTG MT, that's the way every company should be run. I don't agree with the slogan "The customer's always right", because there are some pretty unfair and opportunistic customers out there, but I do agree that every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and to get what they paid for.

Errors can happen in any business, how they are handled is what separates the wheat from the chaff.

WTG MT your company will long reap the rewards for that action.


It has been said that if you do something good for a customer they tell ten others, if you screw a customer they will tell fifty others. In the age of the internet that number may be more like 50k.

Actually I thought it was MT who approved the repairs.

My initial crack was made because more and more of that type of manufacturing is being done overseas- I'm not knocking overseas craftsmanship, but if you have a problem with an overseas product you're pretty much SOL.

Buy American whenever possible.
