The first time I visited New York, I made friends with this cabbie, and we went to a bar.  We were having a good time, telling stories, having a few, when I noticed a good looker at the end of the bar and I struck up a conversation.

I thought I was making some progress, when my buddy the cabbie told me, "I've been trying to tell ya, she's a guy!"  I would couldn't believe him but had to make sure, so I grabbed her, and found out she had more meat than was appropriate.

The whole bar laughed, and.....

No wait I think that was a movie.....

If you go on a reality show, you expose yourself to ridicule. period.

Adam's Apple is always a classic. That kinda separation just screams implants.  If you're gonna be groping, get a quick grab to see if it's a preop.

Of course, a significant percentage of kids are born "sex-ambiguous", and the doctors have to guess.

st santa..  I am a very simple man.   Come to me as an individual and I will treat you as an individual.   That doesn't mean that I will like or agree with you but I will listen...Come at me as a group with an agenda and I will treat you as a potential threat to my freedom and as a brainwashed tool.
