Does anyone use a webcam with this? The frame rate is really slow.

I do, if you have two users with broadband, its not too bad.. But, personally (as much as I hate MSN messenger) Their webcam feature works alot better.

Msn was working on my end, but it was crashing on my brother's end. It works great for me.

Estes is right it works fine with 2 DSL....
