..Up to grade 6, all I had for teachers were Nuns.

I can go you one better - as a youth, I graduated from being a Boy Scout to being an Explorer Scout. This Explorer Post was mainly a venue by which its early-teens membership could go camp in the woods and drink to their hearts content...with the blessing of our sponsor, a well-respected captain in the local PD ;)
