Harmless thread hijacking...

Have you guys ever had someone send you a join request when you are flying a c47?  After you explain to them they won't be able to do anything; they still want to join.  Now two minutes later, "How do I get out of here!!!"  Then you say, "You can't until we land."  I had this happen to me back in tour 1.  I haven't accepted a gunner (except my CO) since then.

I have a question.  I am new to the game, and actually I have a problem that hasn't let me try it out yet, but if an enemy Flakpanzer is at your airfield and whacking your planes on take off.  Why didn't one of the pilots at that field change to a Tank and wax him Good?  I mean a Panzer versus a osterwind would not be a good match.  Instead of complaing why didn't someone take him out?

i can honestly say ive never squelched anyone.If someone rants at me i'll argue it out or appologise if i feel i over reacted etc.People have tempers etc and this game can make you mad so i think you have to live with it.
As for credit card holders only I dont think thats a good idea.I actually got a credit card so i could play   but i would never have tried AH if not for the 2 week trial.
I now blame HTC for making me join the debt rat race  
I think anyone who constantly rants on channel 1 is soon ignored anyway.If people are argueing on channel 1 I'll ignore them unless my name is mentioned, simple as that.

Ahh I see.  Well that makes it clear lol. I guess this game has it's share of Fighter snobs.  I say this in an affectionate way.  These are the guys that will not play with anything in a game except the glamour birds.  I have played in several other online games and see this often.  Hey it is there dollar and they can do what they wish, but when they complain about it when there is a simple and most satisfying way to end the threat, well  they are just wrong.  Oh well I would like to say that even without playing yet, damn Bill Gates and all of his Minions, I like the tone of this Message group more than another forum I have seen.
