Just wanted to express my appreciation for the progress you folks are making on AH2. Feels like the old days with new releases and features every couple weeks, and community participation in creating this new virtual realm.
The new graphics engine is very nice and every release is getting better and tighter, I can't wait 'till we get to the level we are at now (lighting, effects, overall cleanliness, playabilty) with the current engine, with the new engine!
The new FM feels good, stalls could be a bit more pronounced.
But I know it is all still being tweaked so I'll stop there.
One last thing!
I feel with the level of detail now possible in the game engine, HTC is setting us up for first person perspective! Even bland un-animated characters would add a huge level of immersion to the game. Imagine bailing over an enemy airbase, killing some dude with your .45, and stealing his plane for the flight home! It is coming, just a matter of when.
