maybe he should hire new speach writers...but it does make more sense than "a truth is a truth and its true because its a truth if it wasnt a truth we wouldent be a true since its proven to be a truth using the truth of that truths truth" or something along those lines...

i for one like trolls...they go well with chips (french fries...) and yorkshire pudding...or as a high fat alternative to chicken in chicken pot pies
