Obviously we have waited too long for California to fall off into the ocean,  time to push it.

this is one of the stupidist things ever.  if the gun malfunctions then it would be reasonable, not if someone misuses it though.

it's like suing craftsman because the machanic used their wrenches to do a bad job on your car.

or suing ford because someone drove drunk in a ford.

Proof that logic has nothing to do with lawsuits and california.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

I doubt that lawsuits have much to do with logic anywhere.

the law seems to get more and more confused the more you know about it.   IMO it's intentionally made screwed-up and twisted so you have to hire 'one of the club' to even have a fighting chance.

Well I burned my head with the blow dryer!
So im going to sue the maker because it was there fault:rolleyes:

Good Gawd dang where does this crap end.
To cuase injury or death with a firearm you need several things.
1) firearm
2) ammunition
3)a human with intent

Now of the above three only one of those is controled by human
emotions.
The intent.
The gun by itseft can't hurt anyone can it?
The ammunition by it's self can't hurt anyone can it?
The gun loaded with ammunition can't hurt anyone by it's self can it?

You must bring in the human equation.
And thats where it get messy.

Now seeing as we as a society can't seem to take responsability for our own actions these days we have to point our little fingers at the big bad GUN.

I in my many years of firearms training and ownership have never seen a gun shoot someone by It's self.

Rather odd how that works huh.

But as long as there are watermelon house lawyers out there there will be these silly law suites.

We can only pray that in the near future  common sense will prevail:aok

Need to sue the companies producing knives, since those too are lethal.
Since we cannot sue god for creating violent human beings, couldn't we then sue the church, since they sort of work as the representors of god?

hopefully... the immunity bill will pass without too much trouble.

like I said... the gun control guys are all about a ban... they do it incrimentaly.    better hope that once guns are outlawed they don't come after a freedom that you hold dear pongo.

The other part is that the lawyers are running out of big pocket victims...  they will allways ruin out of big pocket victims tho and simply feed on us forever if we don't stop em.

Those who feel that voting for democrats and giving them a majority is not such a bad thing should take a long look at the 9th circuit.

This is such a joke.

This is more like sueing a car maker for producing a running cars. Guns are meant to kill, and these jokers are suing the gun makers cause they where used for killing?

A gun is a tool, it is that simple. You want to sue someone sue the parents and the assshole that did the shooting.

more people die in the USA per year from the flu ( 31,000) than die from guns.
