Petition HTC to dissolve the Moderator, this is one of the things America has fought to prevent, Fathers, brothers, uncles etc. died for our freedoms and now we have HTC stepping all over free speech, HTC hasnt botherd to define what will or wont get u muted, it was just instituted, and now we have mister nowhere man muting us, it has got to stop, u may not take this to be serious and thats fine, but I for one find this highly objectionable and want to see it removed, u dont like what someone is saying the squelch function has been provided, we dont need this moderator crap around, lets get on HTC's case to have it removed!

Don't want to be muted?  Don't be an ass.  More accuratly...don't continue to be an bellybutton after a moderator tells you to shut your pie hole.

BTW...You won't have the rights guaranteed to all citizens until you turn 18.

SOB Point is nothing was said about anyone being and bellybutton which you would have been muted for so clean it up! Point: HTC has not defined what a Moderator is to mute or not mute, totally open ended which is power uncontrolled, it needs defined !

It doesnt need defined at all.  They choose to have them and they do it.  You are wrong and probably being obnoxious in the game.

Institution of higher learning.    Where do you aspire to "escaoe" from?

Do yourself a favour Corky.  Use the search feature and look for past topics on "censorship."  You'll find you don't have a leg to stand on and that HTC's policy has been clearly spelled out by them several times.  And feel free to cut & paste the word "censorship" from my post so you get accurate results.

If you had a brain you'd listen to Westy. HTC doesn't have to define jack **** to you. Whatever you did that brought on your mute, you were in affect being told not to do it. That's all the notice and defining you need. Your rights do not apply in AH and no one is twisting your arm to buy the product. Before you take this any further, be advised that HTC has the right to refuse your patronage.

Crzhrs,

As much as I agree with you-

It's their game. It's their rules. If you don't like em don't play.
That really is your only option.

I tried to fight this fight about P-squelch.  Even if you get  1-300 people to agree with you- it dont mean (steaming pile of excrement)!!!  All I got was banned for 3 weeks.

The game, the boards, it all belongs to dale. there isn't a single aspect of it that has anything to do with a democracy. This is my opinion of course, I really don't care if ANYONE agrees.

Hate to see you wastin your time like I did.
