The smoking gun has a document showing the investigation the LA Sheriffs did on the exact same case Santa Barbara just arrested him for.

The Document

The Story

LA found all the accusations to be "unfounded".

hmmmmmmmmmm.

I smell a cash-grab trap set by the kids parents.
Tell me, why would responsible parents allow their kids to have pajama parties in the home of the worlds most suspected pedophile?

Probably thought that he was 'Invincible'?

Who knows whether he did what is claimed, but it was damn poor judgment on his part.

Funny thing about Jacko is that he is so weird, you might almost believe his side of the story. I suppose if he was afraid of something like this happening again, he would have CCTV'd the rooms in his house to provide some sort of independent evidence.

"Unfounded" is the strongest possible language the LAPD investigators could use. It effectively says that there is no case.  Very different from "unsubstantiated".

That is definitely NOT unfounded.

California passed a law in regards to children testifying because of Michael Jackson's last narrow escape.  Since then, parents continue to let their children stay at his house.  I'm miffed.

Michael has also been allowed to adopt children after having a law passed in his name because of buying off a parent to avoid a rape trial.  I'm miffed.

I'm not going to get caught up in this current trial because I don't really care about Michael one way or the other.  I just wonder when those involved are going to realize that Michael should not be left alone with other people's children.

No... and I don't believe I said that MT.  No need to defend him.  I have no idea what the circumstances are in this situation, but I seriously doubt "unfounded" was the term used to describe the first "incident".

Like I said... I'm miffed that people are still leaving their children with him.

I was up way too late the other night and skimming thru the news channels, Geraldo was on Fox, showing a clip of LaToya (on his old program) saying that he was a pedophile and made many comments to that degree.

I'll hand Geraldo this, just as someone tries to debunk him, he has witness 1, 2, 3 in the wings.  In this case, LaToya was trying to say her ex husband made her say those things.  Voila, here he is....and boy, he had a lot to say.

Point is, the guys whacked.  I pity his kids.

If the DA is out to get him, all the power to him.  This time, its not them trying to land a big settlement.  Nope, this time, Michael has to try to beat the rap.  He'll make someone a nice beeooch in prison

I really wouldnt be surprised if he tries to plead insanity to some degree and dig up how abused he was.

There's a lot of mud on both sides to toss.

There are some facts about DA Sneddon that should be known.

I'm no fan of MJ but a prosecutor that's lacking in either morals or just plain good judgement is in charge. He's a vindictive salamander that I have 'known' for 15 or so years.

Wha would you think of a DA who would do this?

While returning to the County Courthouse after a lunch with two Sheriffs deputies he finds a van parked in his assigned space...what would you do?

A. Call traffic enforcement and have the vehicle ticketed and towed.

B. See if the vehicle is unlocked and if so, push it out of the space into another.

or..

C. Deflate 3 of the vans tires to the objections of the deputies then try to have the County Sherriff silence the deputies from speaking about it?

Would it make a difference if the van in question had both a handicapped plackard AND a DP license plate?

The lady who owned the van was a parapalegic, wheelchair bound said she couldn't find a space close enough to the courthouse for her to be ontime for an apperance.

Mr Sneddon has been a boil on the butt of Santa Barbara County for too many years, now that he want's to move on he wants to go out with a big case...a self serving self ritious salamander is what he truly is...IMO.

[/i]There's a lot of mud on both sides to toss. [/QUOTE]

Although I know you didn't mean on the DA's side but this statement is still true in regards to DA Sneddon.
