He is not banned here. He manage to psuedo-ban himself though. Changed some profile information, got put on the "Waiting for confirmation" list. He appears to have changed his email address to something bogus, so when the BB sent the confirmation, he would not get it. Thus, he banned himself, as there is a link you have to click on to reactivate your account in the email.
I went ahead and manually reset it, while taking care of another person that did the same thing.
