Ok I bet im going to feel dumb

but Why can't I get WEP to work ofline?

WEP is only available in certain planes. Not in bombers nor Zeke (A6M) for sure. Also, you have to be at full-throttle to engage WEP. Reducing throttle will turn WEP off.

A6M5b and Yak-9U are the fighters that lack WEP.

All bombers except the TBM-3 also lack WEP.

Of course all vehicles and boats lack WEP.

The normal key to activate WEP is "P" if I recall. I recommend assigning it to a button on your joystick.
