It is not a C-121, C-121 did not make its first flight until 1948. The insignia on this dates around 1943. Therefore, it is a C-69. Since I believe they first flew in 1943-44.

C-69 or c-141, from the pictures I've seen they look identical. Dunno I might just be blind?

Yes a WW2 military Connie but Brady can be tricky, and the a/c type is very obvious, so maybe it is a VIP a/c. If so then for who.
