So Far So Good, So What ...
« on: September 25, 1999, 06:17:00 PM »
Everybloody's posting here messages of
how good and great and absolutely fantastic AH is.
Well, so far I haven't seen nothing !
Absolutely nothing !

Already here's much posts regarding improvements of AH and what AH should be and
must be...

Just remember if HTC is going to do all those  "little" improvements (about 1.445.071 pieces), it could end up like CK...
Too many suggestions and demands, too many improvements and way too little resources.

Although AcesHigh sounds too good to be true,
I'll suggest to calm down.
Let's see how beta do.

I must say, HTC has created a one heck of a
community here, even without any public game!
WTFG!
I have this feeling this game is going to be a "The Real One"...

Keep up good work !

Looking forward to see it out on next few days.. !?!

ps. About that topic, familiar ?

Yeah, I'm definately saying AH exists.  The game is there, it just needs some refinement, and it'll be done enough to pay for...

PS-what's the point of the original post?  To imply that AH is vaporware like TAS or CK?

FWIW, CK (ok, the second one) was (err...was gonna be  ) a boxed game, not a free download game that can be updated pretty much as often as HTC wants to.  Releasing AH into an open beta will not be a difficult thing after a certain point of getting essential features done, but a boxed game has to go out playable, ready, and in a final state...not that they all do of course, but there has to be some notion that a complete product has been release.  AH is one of those game that by it's very nature will prolly never be complete, as they think of some neat new feature to implement, planes to add, etc.
